Meet Holly

Hello and Welcome!
I’m a nationally recognised Nutritionist and a qualified GAPS Practitioner, but most importantly, I’m someone who truly understands how overwhelming the world of nutrition can feel- especially for families who are already navigating a lot.
I created Holly and the Gut to be a safe and supportive space- where nutrition education feels approachable, human, and reassuring. My role is to listen, guide gently, and help break things down into practical steps that actually fit into everyday life.
